The garage
The garage (20’4” x 13’8”) has been built with cavity walls and sloping tiled roof. It has a double size door at the front and a uPVC double glazed door and double glazed window. Internally there is a suspended ceiling making this an excellent place for storage, a work shop or a gymnasium.
The Wet Room
The garage has a fully tiled wet room with an electric shower, wash basin and toliet. Above the shower is a hanging rail that is invaluable for hanging wet suits and coats. There is also a shelf useful for storing and drying beach equipment. This room is ideal for cleaning up on return from the beach or a walk.
Garage Wet Room
A feature of the garage is the wet room (5’4” x 4’10”) that is fully tiled and contains a wash basin, WC and electric shower.
The garage wet room is invaluable for cleaning up on returning from a day at the beach or a muddy walk in the mountains. Notice the hanging rail and open shelf for wet suits and other wet gear.
