First floor
The entire upper floor has recently been decorated to the highest standard to produce two luxury bedrooms with en-suites and dressing rooms. Solid oak flooring covers most of the first floor.
At the top of the stairs, the landing leads to both bedrooms and to the two large storage cupboards, one of which houses the cold water tank.
Master bedroom

The generous bow-fronted shower cubicle has a twin head Triton power shower whilst the bath has a centre faucet and plug allowing bathing at both ends. The WC is double flush with a soft closing seat. A designer wall-mounted basin and stainless steel cabinet complete the set of fittings.
A feature of the en-suite is the combined light, heat and extractor unit mounted in the ceiling that provides instant heat at the touch of a button to supplement the heated towel rail. Finally there is a large fitted storage cupboard.
Bedroom two
This double bedroom (15’8” by 11’5”) has very recently been fitted with a top quality carpet and underlay. A feature of the room is the beautiful recessed shelving which provides very practical storage of books or an ideal way to display ornaments.
En-suite
The en-suite (9’2” by 5’8”) has been fully tiled to the highest standard with large format porcelain tiles. It includes a luxury power shower in a quality large corner enclosure, white wash basin and WC. Three tiled recessed storage boxes are built into the wall.
Dressing room

Large Velux windows in the master bedroom provide an excellent view of the hills and mountains to the rear of the property.
